Tarlac State University (TSU) cordially greets the Commission on Higher Education for its 28th Founding Anniversary and heartily partakes in the celebration of the 2nd National Higher Education Day.
With the theme "Claiming Victory for Quality Higher Education: Dekalidad na Edukasyon, Karapatan ng Mamamayan," TSU is of firm belief that the Filipino youth now has better access to quality tertiary education with the help of the Commission and the state universities and colleges in the country.
This celebration is pursuant to Republic Act No. 11522 which declares May 18 of every year as the National Higher Education Day.
