As of April 7, 2021 (Wednesday), Tarlac State University has one (1) additional active case bringing the total to three (3) active cases, fifteen (15) persons under monitoring (PUMs), and three (3) affected offices as per the contact tracing measures of the TSU Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee (TSU-DRRMC).

Four (4) PUMs tested negative for SARS-CoV- 2 via RT-PCR swab test conducted at the Tarlac Provincial Hospital. They are still required to complete their home quarantine.
