Application number (found on the test permit or may be retrieved via https://cat.tsu.edu.ph/getsched), complete name, and date of birth of freshmen applicants will be required to access the results.
Freshmen Enrollment Confirmation starts on May 29 until June 15, 2020.
Ready your requirements for uploading:
• Application Number
• SCANNED COPY of the following:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Report Card Form 138 / Alternative Learning System
• Good Moral Certificate
• Photo with name tag (taken within the last 6
months)
In the absence of the required documents for uploading, incoming freshmen will be temporarily admitted by the Admission and Registration Office (ARO).
Confirmation of slot will be for temporary enrollment only pending submission of physical copies of required documents to the ARO.
