In relation to E.O. No. 3, s. 2020 of the Tarlac Provincial Governor, faculty members can continuously administer their classes via e-learning while staying at home.
For our students without internet connection, they can be given alternative tasks to accomplish. Communicate with them through text messaging. If they do not have cellphones, they can be given activities to catch up with lessons when classes resume.
Students are advised to stay at home.
Please consider that this is a national emergency so all considerations must be observed.
