To primarily devote sharing of information for the general interest of the student body and shall not be used as a medium for the promotion of personal and sectoral interests;
To train and cater to interested students who show exemplary skills in the art and science of journalism;
To serve as a channel for unifying all members of the academic community towards desirable educational and cultural development objectives;
To advocate social consciousness and uphold the interests of the Filipino people;
To help the advancement of the students’ rights and responsibilities as well as promote their general welfare;
To be a voice to fight tyranny and ignorance responsibly through the articles and literary pieces that the Editorial Board writes; and
To provide magazines, folio, tabloid, or newsletter at every semester in every academic year designed to spread information and showcase the contributions and efforts of the Editorial Board as well as the College of Arts and Social Sciences Students.
