The College of Business and Accountancy shall seek to strengthen its position as a center of excellence in business education, upholding the vision, mission and values of the Tarlac State University.

The College aims to:

Develop managers in the field of business who will promote managerial competence and professionalism, and who will contribute significantly to the attainment of productivity, enterprise growth, and a sustainable business environment.

Produce competent and ethical professional accountants, with an attitude of “learning to learn,” capable of adapting to change, and providing relevant contributions to the profession and society in which they work.

Train well-rounded entrepreneurs who will pioneer viable business ventures in the community, boost productivity, and provide employment opportunities.

Groom future economists with a synthesis of skills that will allow for an effective formulation of sound economic policies, programs, and solutions to counter socio-economic problems with the end view of accelerating economic development and stability.

Mold students to be well-rounded graduate professionals who will be competent, morally upright and socially responsible in the wide array of careers in finance and help provide a sound basis for financial decision making to various clientele in a dynamic domestic and globalized business environment.

Produce ethical, competent, and globally-oriented marketing professionals who are responsive in the demands of the changing times, and who will contribute to the country’s development.

Produce hospitality and tourism professionals with competencies that are needed to execute operational tasks and management functions in food production, accommodation, food and beverage service, tourism planning and product development, events planning, transportation services, travel and tour operations and other emerging sectors of hospitality and tourism industry.

Shape students into technically proficient and analytical young professionals guided by a strong set of core values and driven by excellence.

Extend voluntary services to the community by offering professional expertise of the faculty and students to local businesses and other stakeholders.
